The International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Michigan Chapter in Lansing invited HRC’s Jeff Jones, as IRWA International President, to serve as the presiding officer for the Installation of the 2019-2020 Chapter officers.
The award was given for being International President of the International Right of Way Association. It was presented by State Senator Ruth Johnson signed by State Representative Andrea Schroeder, Senator Ruth Johnson, Lieutenant Governor Gatling Gilchrist, II and Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
