The Tamworth Street Bridge Replacement over the Hayes Drain Project involved the complete removal of a deteriorated single-lane bridge originally built during the 1920s with a new single lane bridge using four-sided precast box sections.
Clinton River Spillway
Built in 1949 by the United States Army Corps of Engineers to alleviate flooding in Mount Clemens, Clinton Township and Harrison Township; The Clinton River Spillway’s effectiveness at controlling floodwater had created a host of environmental problems.
Beverly Park Master Plan
HRC was hired to prepare a master plan of Beverly Park in cooperation with the Beverly Hills Parks and Recreation Dept. HRC also consults on the Village’s behalf at board meetings in which volunteers, residents and Village officials express opinions and concerns on various park improvement issues.
WWTP Improvements
The City of Marysville Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) was initially constructed in 1953, and subsequently expanded in the early 1970s. In 2008, a Notice of Violation was issued based on the WWTP’s annual flow exceeding its design capacity.
