Marketing Coordinator

Bloomfield Hills Office

HRC seeks an energetic, highly motivated professional individual as the primary point of contact for internal customers initiating work related to communication and marketing materials.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work related experience in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and publishing software programs
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
  • Self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner required
  • Ability to work cooperatively with partners, management and all levels of staff
  • Skilled in communicating and gathering information from many sources
  • Technical writing and/or proposal development experience favorable
  • Strong organizational skills, computer skills, interpersonal skills, oral communication skills, written communication ability and top-notch editing skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • High energy level and sense of humor essential
  • Experience in the architectural/engineering/construction industry advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design and Acrobat highly desirable
  • Knowledge of HTML and ability to modify/create web pages a plus
  • Experience representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and interfacing with clients, vendors and associates

Responsibilities:

  • Working with various staff members to collect, edit and strategically write a wide variety of digital documents including letters, reports, memos, spreadsheets, resumes, project descriptions, firm profiles and other similar material
  • Plans, manages, coordinates, prepares and submits corporate proposals, qualification packages, presentations, advertising, press releases, articles and award submittals.
  • Ability to work with a team as well as function independently
  • Organize and maintain project files and electronic files
