Project Spotlight
HRC replaced the existing water main and well system, installed in the 1940s, with a new 8-inch HDPE directionally drilled water main in the South Bloomfield Highlands Subdivision, located in Bloomfield Township, Michigan. The previous system had reached the end of its useful life, and residents opted to undertake a Special Assessment District (SAD) and join the municipal water system. The project included navigating utility conflicts, most notably the fragile existing water main with no working valves for isolation. Residents were ultimately happy with the positive changes to the water quality and pressure after the successful completion of the construction project.
HRC supports your water system from every angle—planning, design, regulation, and ongoing safety.
