The Board of Directors at Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. (HRC), a Michigan-based consulting engineering firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Brian K. Davies, PE. He became the newest member of the HRC Board effective January 1, 2026.
The Board of Directors prioritizes succession planning related to staff transitions. The decision to bring on a new Board member builds upon the firm’s 111 years of service to clients and aims to strengthen and advance these relationships throughout the organization. Principals of the firm are proud to support the career growth of HRC employees and recognize their significant contributions to the ongoing success of the business. As a Board member, Brian Davies now serves as Principal of the firm, joining the leadership team as a Vice President/Partner.
Brian K. Davies, PE to Vice President/Partner
Brian Davies has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering design, construction, and public works. He has been with HRC since 2009 and held the title of Associate prior to becoming a Partner. As a leader in the Civil-Transportation Department, Brian’s expertise encompasses roads, bridges, parking lots, retaining walls, ADA compliance, stormwater, public utilities, and construction management. Brian also leads HRC’s mentoring program and oversees career development for young engineers.
Brian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University. He is a current member of the American Council of Engineering Companies Transportation Subcommittee and the American Public Works Association Metro Branch. He is a past member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Engineering Society of Detroit, Michigan Concrete Association, International Concrete Repair Institute, and the Michigan Business Aviation Association.
