Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc is pleased to announce the hiring of Ms. Nancy Kolinski, P.E., Mr. Randall V. Wilcox, P.E. and Mr. John V. Balint, P.E.

 

Ms. Nancy Kolinski, P.E.

Ms. Kolinski will be working at our headquarters located in Bloomfield Hills where she joins the Transportation Department as a Senior Project Engineer. Ms. Kolinski brings with her over thirty years of experience in a wide range of civil engineering projects.  She has been the consulting Engineer for several Michigan municipalities as well as owning her own firm for several years. Ms. Kolinski has managed projects of great magnitude ranging from complete sewer rehabilitation to drinking water rehabilitation to safety paths for communities. She has extensive road work design and coordination and has also been involved in the private development for commercial, retail, industrial and single-family residences. Her diverse knowledge and experience are a welcome asset to HRC. Ms. Kolinski also currently serves as an APWA committee member.

 

Mr. Randall V. Wilcox, P.E.

Mr. Wilcox will be working primarily in our Grand Rapids location as a manager. Mr. Wilcox has over thirty five years of varied experience in the civil/municipal engineering field. He has served as the dedicated Engineer for several Michigan municipalities. His project experience also includes water and wastewater treatment, collection/distribution projects, local street and utility projects, master utility planning, storm drain, and stormwater management. He has also managed MDOT and local agency transportation projects during both design and construction activities. His recent experience has been in the role of technical sales for specialty dewatering and sediment management for marine dredging projects. Mr. Wilcox excels at effective communication with involved parties on complex projects. He has been involved with projects from simple small municipal projects to large and complex municipal and transportation projects and projects with alternate project delivery methods such as design/build.

Mr. John V. Balint, P.E.

Mr. Balint joins HRC as a Senior Project Engineer in our Environmental Engineering Department.  Mr. Balint has over twenty four years of experience in a broad spectrum of civil engineering projects from roads to sewer and water. Mr. Balint has led multiple successful parks grant projects funded by the MDNR Trust Fund and MDOT Transportation Alternatives Program. Mr. Balint joins HRC after 13 years of service with the City of Pontiac, where he worked as Director of Public Works and City Engineer.  As Director of Public Works, his responsibilities included preparing and overseeing transportation and storm sewer funds, capital improvement funds, and general operation budgets as well as being responsible for all EGLE MS4 permitting tasks. Previous to his role as Director of Public Works, he was the city engineer for the City of Pontiac. As a city engineer, his responsibilities included administering and coordinating the design and oversight of city infrastructure projects, which included water main, sanitary storm sewer, storm sewer, and local and major road improvements and rehabilitation programs. He was also instrumental in acquiring funding for numerous projects through various grant agencies.
