Hubbell, Roth & Clark is pleased to announce the promotions of seven of our employees.

Jane M. Graham, RA to Senior Associate


Ms. Graham began working for Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. (HRC) in 1995. She works in the Architecture Department at the Bloomfield Hills office. Ms. Graham has over 30 years of professional experience in all phases of design, renovation, restoration, Code upgrades, and ADA compliance in municipal, commercial, and industrial settings. Ms. Graham has an extensive background in design, project and facility management, with experience in industrial, commercial tenant fit-up, historical renovation and recreational park facility work. She also manages most of HRC’s building mechanical (HVAC) engineering related projects.

Trevor S. Wagenmaker, P.E. to Senior Associate


Mr. Wagenmaker joined Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. in 2011. He has over 30 years of experience in design of municipal wastewater and water treatment facilities, combined sewer overflow treatment facilities, pumping stations, elevated/ground water storage facilities, sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer utilities, raw water intakes, roadways, bridges, dams and has served as city engineer and as a construction manager. Mr. Wagenmaker also has experience as a resident project construction representative, shop drawing reviewer, in the preparation of planning and design reports, development of operation/maintenance manuals, grant application/administration and administration of construction projects. Mr. Wagenmaker divides his time between both the Howell and Bloomfield Hills offices.

Salvatore Conigliaro, P.E. to Senior Associate


Mr. Conigliaro has been with Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. since 2015. Mr. Conigliaro has over 30 years of professional experience overseeing wastewater projects. Mr. Conigliaro holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University. His responsibilities included administering and coordinating the design and oversight of city infrastructure projects which included water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and local and major road improvements and rehabilitation programs.

Andrea L. Pike, P.E. to Associate


Ms. Pike started out at Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. in 2006 as a testing technician. Her primary work experience includes road reconstruction, rehabilitation/resurfacing and widening, drainage systems and utility coordination. Ms. Pike is responsible for generating plans, vertical and horizontal alignments, typical sections and details, utility profiles, storm sewer design, detailed grades, construction staging and maintenance of traffic plans, signing and pavement marking plans and generating special provisions and cost estimates for a variety of road projects for municipal clients.

Cathrine L. Carver to Manager


Ms. Carver began her career at Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. in 1993, as a word processing operator in the Word Processing Department. She joined HRC with over 7 years of administrative, word processing and desktop publishing experience in the architectural/engineering field. In 1994, she was promoted to Chief Word Processor, making her the first female manager at HRC. Cathie was instrumental in the implementation of a PC network, developing standards, enhancing work product and modernizing the Word Processing and Marketing Coordinator efforts of the firm. In 2001, HRC opened its Howell, Michigan office with Cathie an essential part of the support and administration of this satellite office.
In 2013, Cathie joined the Business Office team as a Business Office Analyst. This role quickly evolved into the development of HRC’s first Human Resources Department. In 2017, she was appointed Human Resources Director. In this position, she is responsible for administering the staffing, recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, benefits, HR operations, and training and development programs for all HRC employees.
As HR Director, Cathie continues to work closely with her team to assure we hire and retain top talent, and further embed HRC’s core values and dynamic culture.

Lia Michaels, P.E., PTOE, RSP1 to Manager


Ms. Michaels joined Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. as a Graduate Engineer in 2008. She is now manager in our Transportation Department located at the Bloomfield Hills office where she is responsible for overseeing a staff of traffic and civil engineers, for managing transportation projects and providing consulting services to several Michigan communities. Ms. Michaels is experienced in traffic engineering, including the design of traffic signals, pavement markings and signs and performing traffic and safety studies. Ms. Michaels is proficient in Highway Capacity Software, Synchro/SimTraffic, HCS, RODEL, and VISSIM. She has used these programs to analyze individual signalized, unsignalized, and roundabout locations, as well as corridors with a combination of all three intersection types.

Scott D. Roth, P.S. to Manager


Mr. Roth has been with Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. since 2008. He is a Professional Surveyor on public and private infrastructure projects. Mr. Roth is a key participant in project requirements that include industrial site survey control networks, boundary surveys, 3D laser scanning with point cloud modeling, right-of-way acquisition, GNSS technology, GIS data collection and geodatabase development, route, and construction surveying, radial topographic mapping, horizontal and vertical control surveys, State Plane and UTM coordinate use, and work with various datum and computations. His experience also includes asset management, infrared forensic engineering, ADA compliance assessments, industrial infrared building envelope integrity surveys, research, and computer-aided drafting.
